Die erste Inkarnation meines coComment WordPress Plugin hatte eine grosse Unschönheit: wenn man nicht bereits bei coComment angemeldet war, wurde einem ein Login Popup vor die Nase geknallt. Was mich selber gestört hat, haben auch andere bemängelt – Grund genug also nach Abhilfe zu suchen.
Offenbar haben das auch die coComment Macher gemerkt und haben bereits die Grundlage für die Lösung des Problems geliefert. Der zusätzliche Parameter im Javascript ist integriert und die neue Version zum Download bereit.
The first implementation of my coComment WordPress plugin showed an unpleasant behavior: if you were not logged in to coComment a dialog with a login form popped up. Although nice for promoting coComment, this was pretty annoying.Some research on the coComment site surfaced the solution: as outlined in this blog entry, the solution is to add one more parameter to the needed Javascript.This is done now, and the new version of the plugin ready to download.
